I had a short time frame but would like to see a 12 hour option. I didn’t want to choose 24 hours, but also 8 hours was too short, but the only option so while I didn’t’ receive it in the 8 hours, (Thus to answer the question I didn’t necessarily receive the paper on time but I had allowed for that— but again i would like to see a mid range time frame given as I felt it would be helpful in a situation like mine) I did give comment and let them know I was fine with getting it in a slightly longer time frame. The initial paper request was submitted without the actual final rubric which I did submit with my revision. That may have helped. ONLY complaint is that I received in English UK and I needed in English US. I made some revisions myself and added a few changes, brushed it up to suit my style but overall this really saved me! once I made my revisions, I re-submitted with the rubric and asked for a brief review, which my only reason for putting 9/10 was that did not get to me within the requested time. NOT a deal breaker but had I been in a different scenario or someone who wasn’t quite confident, or if it were an actual revision, it would have presented a challenge. I was fine however. Just ensure communication remains high especially with a new client. I had submitted my content with resources, and my sort of thoughts and draft of ideas for what to write and the fact that I was given a very thorough first draft that I could then go in and put finishing touches on. That just was a thing of beauty! I expect that over time the working relationship would improve between submissions and writer/customer would gain a better understanding of style and expectations. Thank you for what you do as all I know is the stress level was alleviated immensely once i found and secured your services. I was indeed not disappointed.
